Having recently engaged the services of Steve Hemming as Interim Operations Director, Wolverhampton based Rolevet, producer of high quality forgings and non-standard specialist bolting, have now commenced a programme of rapid business improvement. Steve brings 30 years of manufacturing experience and business consultancy to the company and is a professional chartered quality engineer.
Steve commented: It has not been easy for the manufacturing sector in the UK over recent years.
However, Rolevet has very successfully held its own and are now confident to progress with growth and investment over the coming years. In particular, the company has plans to invest in new plant and equipment to extend the production facility and to increase forging capability. We are also
carrying out many business improvements, introducing new software and re-organising the shop floor to improve productivity.

Furthermore, they are able to work from customer drawings and reverse engineer from samples supplied, for any industry or application.
